As part of our service to your neighborhood we will be helping with the following functions:
Collect annual assessments and produce financial reports
Manage vendors and vendor payments
Perform monthly homeowner compliance inspections and help the board with enforcement
Process closing letters and new account setups for home seller/buyers
Manage ARC requests for any modification requests submitted by owners thru their portal
PMI’s contact email address is support@pmi-neatl.com
As part of our services, we provide an online Owner Portal where you can access documents, review your
account balances and payments, and submit requests to PMI. This new PMI portal will also be handling
ARC requests (new fence, painting, etc.) through an online system. Homeowners will use this portal to
submit Architectural Review Committee (ARC) requests and attach additional files like pictures, drawings,
documents, etc. instead of handling them through email.
All HOA payments will be sent to PMI and should be made payable to Shiloh Manor Community Association.
There are four ways to make payments:
1. Using bill pay from your bank.
2. By mailing a check to the PMI office address below.
3. Via automatic ACH draw from your bank.
4. Online using your bank info or a credit/debit card (fees apply).
If your online system asks for an account number, you can enter your street address, or the account
number shown on the website – either will work just fine for us.
The mailing address for payments is:
Shiloh Manor Community Association

Compliance inspections are the part of our job that seems to cause the most excitement when we start with a new neighborhood. We will be coming through on a monthly basis to evaluate compliance with the requirements of the governing documents. Here is how it works:
We inspect only from the public roads and vehicles are marked with our company name.
We will not enter on any private property.
We do take pictures of the houses and/or landscape, but we will not take pictures of any people due
to privacy concerns.
The pictures help us communicate with the homeowners so you can see what we saw.
